We start with the basics

We know that all minds are not created equal. For as many people who understand the ins and outs of accounting, there are many others who don’t know how to begin. Frank Dinucci understands this and that is why he starts with the basics.

The first part of our class is an introduction to the basics. It includes¬†Debits and Credits, Revenues and Expenses, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, how to value inventory and more. Accounting isn’t something that can be taught overnight and that is why we take our time with each and every inmate, ensuring that they are grasping every step.

Advanced Lessons

After the students have understood the basics, that is when we move onto more complex ideologies. These concepts include Cash Flow Statements, Ratio Analysis, Income Statements, and Breakeven Point Analysis and more. These are advanced concepts but they are absolutely necessary if these inmates are to get and keep the jobs they desire in the outside world.

Frank Dinucci

No stranger to education, instructor Frank Dinucci got his education from some of the largest Ivy League institutions in the world. Once he graduated, he quickly found employment and enjoyed much success in the world of accounting.

After working with some of the most prestigious firms in the country he decided that he wanted to make a difference in the world and after spending a lot of time thinking about what was needed in the world, he decided that he wanted to help rehabilitate inmates who were interested in success after jail.

Now he is thrilled to bring this experience to his new students. To him, there is nothing like the feeling of seeing the smiling faces of the inmates that he is helping. He is making a true difference for them and that is something that no amount of money can buy.
